40 years of experience with wig retailers has provided Tammy with great insight into the limitations of businesses that sold wigs but did not value the experience of the customer. As a result, Tammy created a “service focused” business, providing the level of service that she always wished for, and as a loyal customer felt she deserved.

Personalised Professional Consultations
Our personalised and private consultations usually take around 45 minutes during which we provide you with information about wigs and toppers, their care and cost. Arranging an appointment means we are able take the time to fully understand what you are experiencing and what your needs are. We then fit you with a range of wigs or toppers to try – often the first one is the right one!
Many of our clients tell us about experiences in wig shops where they have felt pressured to buy one despite it not feeling or looking good. That kind of experience saddens us: we assure our clients that our priority is to ensure you look great and feel much better before you walk out the door in one of our wigs.
It is often helpful to bring a friend or a family member with you for a second opinion. If that is not possible we can text photos or FaceTime friends or family during the consultation.
Tammy always found it difficult to get to wig shops as she worked full time and flexibility was never offered by the retailers.
In addition to opening from Tuesdays to Fridays, Tammy Lobato Wigs is open for appointments all day Saturdays and Tammy will always make herself available outside of her usual opening hours when required.

Tammy Lobato Wigs rewards loyalty through our Client Rewards Program that discounts second and subsequent synthetic purchases by 10%, human hair wigs by 5% and discounts off hair care products.
Ongoing support & advice
When the retailer doesn’t wear wigs, it is not possible for them to give advice directly from the experience of the wearer. Often the advice given by a salesperson is contrary to that of the experience of the end wearer.
Our advice to you is based upon a lifetime of wearing both synthetic and human hair wigs, all day, every day.
Because the condition and the life of the wig is reliant upon how it is cared for, it is important that you receive adequate advice and guidance. We provide verbal and written care instructions and links to video demonstrations during our consultation and are also available for ongoing advice and tips.
